This Little Sun tote is the perfect companion for your sustainable adventures. This special edition was designed for the opening of Olafur Eliasson’s new exhibition at Tate Modern, In Real Life, and features one of the central ideas surrounding Little Sun as an art project: holding hands with the sun. It is based on the idea of working with a central, natural source of energy to bring power to everyone. The outline of the circle sits in the center of the tote bag, representing the sun and the renewable energy cycle. The yellow handles represent the everyday act of holding hands with the sun through the Little Sun project.

How do you ship your products?

We work with different partners and choose a service depending on where you live to ensure a smooth delivery.

How long does it take until I receive my order?

Delivery normally takes 3 – 5 working days. If you need your order faster, please email us at support@littlesun.org and we might to be able to offer a faster delivery for a small surcharge.

Do you also deliver to PO Boxes?

No, unfortunately we can only deliver to street addresses.

Why do you need my phone number?

By supplying your phone number, the delivery partner can reach you if they have difficulties finding your address, to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.

Do you also ship to remote places (small village, island, etc)?

If you live in a remote place and would like to order through our shop, please email us at support@littlesun.org before ordering and we will let you know if we can deliver your order.

Do I receive a confirmation when having placed an order?

Yes, after placing your order successfully, you will automatically receive a confirmation and an invoice.

I didn’t receive a confirmation. Did my order go through?

If your order is successful, you will automatically receive a confirmation from us. If you don’t receive anything, your order was likely not processed. Please try a different internet browser if you encounter issues while ordering. If you still have trouble ordering, please email us at support@littlesun.org.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payments by credit card or PayPal.

I don’t have a credit card. Can I still order in your web shop?

Yes, you can also pay by PayPal.

When entering my credit card details, I’m re-directed to a new window where I’m asked to enter my “VerifiedbyVisa” or “MasterCard SecureCode”. What is this?

The new window is the authentication page from your bank. These are two services by Visa and MasterCard which are provided by your bank to give you additional security when making purchases with your credit card online. To use these services, simply register with the bank that issued your credit card. You will then receive personal login details to verify you as the authorized card user when making purchases online.

I’m not registered for VerifiedbyVisa or MasterCard SecureCode and don’t have my personal login details to hand. Can I still pay by credit card?

The system does not always require personal authorization details when making purchases online as it works with a randomized process. However to be sure that you are able to register for the authorization system, you should check with your bank and they will be able to advise you.

If you are being asked for personal authorization details and you are not registered for the program, you unfortunately cannot pay by credit card. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this but our decision to support the secure payment programs ensures the best possible payment safety for you in our shop.
